2023 Wilhelmshaven Declaration

This is the Ministerial Council Declaration of the 14th Trilateral Governmental Conference on the Protection of the Wadden Sea, held in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, on 28 November - 1 December 2022. Due to the concurrent process of government formation in Denmark, the drafted Wilhelmshaven Declaration could not be formally adopted and signed at the time of the Conference. With a new Danish government in place, the Wilhelmshaven Declaration could formally be adopted and signed at an extraordinary session of the Trilateral Governmental Council in Esbjerg on 15 May 2023.
